GOSI Services in
Saudi Arabia

Secure your workforce and ensure compliance. We handle GOSI registration, monthly contribution management, and social insurance for both Saudi and expatriate employees.

Manage GOSI Account

Social insurance is a mandatory requirement for every employee in the Kingdom. The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) oversees the registration of establishments and collection of contributions to protect workers against occupational hazards and retirement needs.

Role of GOSI

GOSI regulations ensure financial security for employees. For Saudi nationals, it covers retirement (annuities), unemployment (Saned), and occupational hazards. For non-Saudis, it covers occupational hazards (injuries), which must be paid by the employer.

Source of Truth: GOSI data is the official record for calculation of Saudization ratios in the Nitaqat system. An employee is only "counted" once registered in GOSI.

Account Management

We provide full administration of your GOSI online account:

  • 🏢
Establishment Registration Opening a file for your new company as soon as the Commercial Registration (CR) is issued.
  • 👥
Contributor Management Adding new hires (linking to labor contract) and excluding leavers immediately to stop billing.
  • 💰
Monthly Invoicing Calculation of total contributions and generation of Sadad payment numbers.
  • 📜
GOSI Certificates Issuing the "GOSI Compliance Certificate" required for government invoices and passport office services.

Registration Cycle

Keeping your records accurate prevents overpayment.

1
Onboarding Registering the employee within 15 days of joining. Requires contract details and wage breakdown.
2
Contributions Employer pays 2% (Expats) or ~12% (Saudis), and deducts employee share from payroll.
3
Payment Bill is issued on the 1st of the month. Must be paid by the 15th to avoid 2% late penalty.
4
Offboarding Excluding the employee immediately upon termination to stop contribution accrual.

Additional Services

  • Installment Plans for Arrears
  • Injury/Hazard Reporting
  • Updating Annual Wages (Feb)

Critical Compliance

GOSI accuracy directly impacts your business rating:

Saudization

MHRSD pulls data from GOSI. If a Saudi isn't in GOSI, they don't count towards your Nitaqat green status.

Wage Protection

The salary paid via bank (WPS) must match the wage registered in GOSI. Discrepancies block services.

Late Fees

Unpaid contributions attract a swift 2% monthly fine, which can accumulate to substantial debt.

Why Streamline?

  • Cost Savings Proper exclusion of ex-employees saves thousands in unnecessary hazard payments.
  • Smooth Operations A valid GOSI certificate is needed to receive payments from government clients.
  • Employee Trust Ensures your team is covered for medical treatment in case of work accidents.
